1. New Student Check-list
After the acceptance of the offer to study at The Woolwich Institute, Dubai, what do you need to do next?
The following checklist will help you to prepare, before joining the campus:
Finish your registration: log in and register as soon as possible at the Woolwich Institute student webpage.
Pay the fees
Create your student ID
Log into the Woolwich Institute website to manage your class schedule.
Get to know the services of the student: We are always here to help you at the Woolwich Institute during your term.
Register for services for support with studies: We have an online portal to facilitate digital library
Connect to WiFi: Get free on-campus WiFi access
Ensure to stay up-to-date: follow the social media of The Woolwich Institute and read the weekly e-newsletter of the Institute.
2. Accommodation Services
While the students may decide to live in private accommodation, we also offer student accommodation assistance. Free professional advice is available about accommodation options at The Woolwich Institute and how much it costs to live and study in Dubai.
We deliver a professional and confidential program to help you with emotional or psychological complexities that might impact your university experience and commitment. Our team of professional and seasoned advisors offers room for confidence and without judgment to share your ideas and feelings. Talking with an impartial person can be helpful, and the counsellor won't advise you but helps to simplify your struggle and relate to different aspects of your life.
You are eligible for a student ID and several memberships until you are registered for your courses at TWI. The most essential card is the student card, which is a must-have to access the library and a number of student services.
* Replacement/lost student card
To get a replacement card or new card, please visit the campus, where you will be able to buy and order your replacement card (for a non-refundable fee of AED100). If your card is damaged and you require a replacement, you should return it to campus.
5. IT Help and Support
* Email services
The student enrolled at the Woolwich Institute, Dubai will be provided with an official college email ID for any communications to and from the college.
Phone lines are open Sunday to Thursday: 8 am to 5 pm
* Face-to-face support
Due to Covid-19, we have reduced our face-to-face assistance to help our students who study with us or study and work simultaneously. Please call or use the contact form.

* Wireless (WiFi) support
You can access the internet on your mobile device via a wireless (WiFi) network in the Woolwich Institute.

6. Placement Assistance
It is our goal to provide our students with additional job placement assistance after the completion of the programs. This help provides our students with the chance to look for related employment over thousands of applicants. Our team provides students with access to webinars on career preparedness, growth, analysis and resumes development, interview coaching, job search support and other professional development tools.
7. Student skill development
Every term, we offer a range of opportunities for you to develop new skills for your studies and beyond. Whatever course you're studying, there's sure to be something for you. The practical training includes assignment making and dissertation writing which help students in articulating the course studied.
