I. Job Title: Marketing Executive

    1. Purpose of the Role
  • To provide support for a smooth running of Marketing Department
    2. Functions of the Post
  • To act as Marketing Executive for Marketing Department
  • To ensure that department is effectively and efficiently operating
    Key Duties:
  • Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns
  • To develop and manage effective contacts with regional schools and colleges
  • Direct marketing visits to increase the college’s image and visibility in target markets
  • Direct marketing visits to corporate houses and companies
  • Maintaining good relationship with corporate houses and companies and singing MoUs with them
  • Overseeing the school’s participation in various activations ( Leafleting, Exhibitions, outbound seminars )
  • Represent the faculty at appropriate recruitment and promotional events and attend as required
  • Using the full marketing mix for the company’s marketing communications
  • Undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met
  • Assisting in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with particular reference to pricing, presentation and promotion
  • Work with marketing and admissions departments on recruiting students
  • Work with the Line Manager on the marketing visit, prospect meetings and negotiations with prospective schools, college and education centers
  • Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate with all the related stakeholders
  • Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success
  • Assist in admission as and when required
  • Assist Line manager in developing long term/short term strategy plan of the department
    Qualification:
  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in relevant fields, specialisation in Marketing preferred
  • Preferred UK Graduates
  • At least 2 Years of experience in relevant field

  • Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Skill in prioritising and triaging obligations
